Red-White scrimmage set for Nov. 4

MADISON - Wisconsin basketball fans hoping to catch their first glimpse of prized recruit Sam Dekker and the rest of the 2012-13 Badger hoopsters can do so at the annual Red-White scrimmage, announced Tuesday afternoon as being held Sunday Nov. 4 at 5:00 p.m. inside the Kohl Center.
The scrimmage is free to all patrons with doors opening at 4:00 p.m. The Wisconsin women's basketball team holds an exhibition game against Concordia-St. Paul at 2:00 p.m. Only fans with tickets will be allowed through the gates for that game, with doors opening at 1:00 p.m.
Wisconsin's first exhibition game is slated for Wednesday, Nov. 7, against UW-Oshkosh. Practice begins Oct. 13.
