Rodgers looks to avoid advertising overexposure

GREEN BAY – Aaron Rodgers says he’s maxed out his endorsements for now.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback has a number of advertising deals – with State Farm Insurance, Ford, Associated Bank, Nike, Prevea Health, Gruber Law Offices and added Pizza Hut to the fold recently – but said during his weekly radio show on 540 ESPN and ESPNWisconsin.com Tuesday that he’s going to hold back on adding any more companies for now.

“Without a doubt. That’s a good question,” Rodgers replied when asked if he worries about overexposure and thus is picky about his endorsements. “I do think about that and I think we’ve reached my own personal max on that. Oversaturation, overexposure is something that I don’t want to happen.

“I’ve picked, I think, my endorsement partners pretty wisely, and really enjoy those partnerships. Had a lot of fun doing those commercials, excited about the next State Farm commercial, I think it’s going to be one that’s going to be really funny. Again, making fun of me, which always seems to come off pretty good, but I do think about that. But we’ve made some good commercials, so they kind of get out there.”
